Reservation conditions

By purchasing a package with Orinoco Delta Lodge, the guest accepts and assumes the terms of the following conditions:

Reservation Guarantee: The reservation is confirmed once 100% of the payment for it is received, including flights and transfers, or with a prior payment plan agreement with the administration. For reservations made under a payment plan in installments, the final payment to complete 100% of the package must be sent at least 2 weeks before travel.

Refund Policy: Our packages are final purchase, non-refundable.

Cancellation and Change Policy:

• You can change your travel date without penalty with at least 7 days notice (Applies to your stay with Orinoco Delta Lodge, does not apply to flight change charges).

• If a date change is requested less than 7 days in advance, a penalty of 25% of the lodging plan applies.

• Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice results in no-show, 100% penalty of the lodging plan applies.

• The lodging plan at Orinoco Delta Lodge is transferable to third parties, that is, it can be used by passengers other than those named in the original reservation if they cannot make their trip.

• In the event of cancellation of the reservation due to external causes such as changes in flight schedules by airlines, weather conditions, government decrees or any other circumstances that prevent the guest from making their trip on the scheduled date, an alternative date may be chosen at their convenience within our travel calendar and according to availability.

• Packages deferred for any reason, whether by the guest's decision or due to external causes, will be valid for one year from the originally planned travel date.

• Flight change charges are covered by the passenger.

• If a trip was originally booked in low season or under a promotion and is rescheduled for a high season date or a date with higher rates (including Carnival, Easter, Christmas, New Year, special experiences), reservation charges will apply. respective rate difference for accommodation at Orinoco Delta Lodge at the time of booking the change. The same applies to rescheduling ground transfers.
